Yes! The AP1 will allow you to enter DTMF from your phone to program and control your RC210 just by calling its phone number

My AP1 doesn't answer the phone when I call it

Usually the cause of the AP1 not answering can be traced to some VoiP phone lines (such as MagicJack).
